Alpa originally trained and qualified at Moosa–Duke Solicitors in 2014 and is now proud to return to the firm as a Legal Director. Since qualifying, she has gained extensive experience at both a leading Defendant firm and an award-winning Claimant firm in Reading, broadening her expertise and deepening her understanding of complex medical negligence litigation.

She specialises in high-value and complex medical negligence claims, including cases involving fatal accidents, sepsis, amputations, delayed diagnosis of cancer, surgical errors, optical injuries, baby loss, cerebral palsy, and Cauda Equina Syndrome. Alpa has a proven track record of managing sensitive and emotionally challenging cases with both skill and empathy.

Her approach combines legal expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and fully informed throughout the litigation process.

Alpa is a member of the Law Society and holds Senior Litigator accreditation with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Outside of work, Alpa is kept on her toes by her young,energetic family. She enjoys live music, travelling, and is always planning her next holiday adventure.
