Hannah joined Moosa-Duke Solicitors in April 2024 and has over 20 years’ experience of dealing with high value and complex medical negligence claims.
Hannah has developed extensive expertise in a wide range of medical negligence claims, with a focus on women’s healthcare claims - including: reproductive health; maternal birth injuries,maternal death and maternal mental health; birth injuries (including cerebral palsy); delayed diagnosis (endometriosis/ ectopic pregnancies, for example); failures in gynaecological surgery; and cancer care.
Hannah takes an empathetic and holistic approach in supporting her clients and develops a close relationship with her clients to deliver an individually tailored and compassionate service.
Hannah is also passionate about trying to address and improve the gender, racial and socio-economical inequalities that exist in healthcare and to advocate / support those affected.
In her spare time Hannah will mostly be found chasing after her chocolate labrador, Digby (or her teenage son), or otherwise curled up with a good book or attempting to paint some abstract art.
