Kirsty qualified as a solicitor in June 2021 having completed her training contract with Moosa-Duke Solicitors and was promoted to an associate solicitor in June 2023. Kirsty joined Moosa-Duke Solicitors in June 2016 as a paralegal.

Kirsty completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University.

Kirsty specialises in clinical negligence, advising on a variety of cases such as gynaecological injuries and maternity care including baby loss, delayed diagnosis of cancer, surgical errors and avoidable deaths.

In her spare time Kirsty enjoys walking her two beagles, yoga and trying new restaurants.
