Lauren joined Moosa Duke Solicitors in January 2024 as an Associate Director. Lauren is from New Zealand and qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand in 2006. After the journey of life led her to the UK in 2012, she cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Lauren has been working in the medical negligence field since 2012, 8 years of that time as a qualified UK solicitor.
Lauren enjoys the variety of the medical negligence field and is passionate about providing the best possible service to her clients. Her clients are at the heart of what she does, and she is compassionate to the difficult circumstances they face when brining a medical negligence claim.
Lauren has a wide range of experience including negligence that has resulted in death, delayed diagnosis of cancer cases, ophthalmology cases, mismanagement of diabetes including diabetic foot cases, strokes, sepsis along with other types of medical negligence.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys exploring the UK with her family in their camper van. This provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy paddle boarding, hiking and swimming.
