Nafeesa is one of our Paralegal Consultants who joined MDS in March 2025. She was selected by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development to complete her Paralegal Practice and was placed in several courts within South Africa from 2012 to 2015. She subsequently headed up a commercial division for a boutique law firm before venturing into personal injury law and medical negligence.

It was during this time that she developed a passion for Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Law which she thoroughly enjoys. Her enthusiasm and hunger for knowledge drives her to assist those in need and find justice for clients. She loves working with a team and is focused on meeting deadlines.

In her spare time, she is a food enthusiast who loves trying new cuisine and whipping up eccentric dishes for her friends and family. She also loves watching movies and spending time at home.
