Tereza Fotiadi
I have always been interested in Medical Negligence and enjoyed learning the investigative and analytic aspect of building a case. Having the opportunity to assist on advocating for clients who have suffered harm or lost, and having the ability to make a positive impact on healthcare practices is a privilege.
Tereza joined Moosa-Duke Solicitors in January 2021 as a paralegal, and started her training contract in January 2023.
Tereza moved from her home country, Cyprus, to Leicester in 2016 to commence her university studies. After graduating with a Law Degree from the University of Leicester, Tereza completed her LPC and LLM in Professional Legal Practice, at the University of Law Birmingham in 2020.
Tereza assists one of the partners on clinical negligence cases. She pays much attention to every detail and continuously gains more valuable knowledge and experience. She always wants to go above and beyond every case.
Tereza is the Vice President on the Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division Committee this year and she envisions an organisation which connects junior and aspiring lawyers.
Outside of the legal profession, Tereza is a proud active member of the European Youth Parliament and has participated in many sessions across Europe.
Tereza enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and cooking.
